You'll need to manage subscriptions for your clients when they need to add or remove products/services.
Resolution
Before you start
Make sure that you have your latest billing and invoicing details uploaded to Sage. This will speed up the whole subscription process, and make it much simpler to update in future.
Add a subscription to a client
Follow this procedure if you'll be paying for the client's subscription. If instead, you need access to a subscription that your client is already paying for, see Manage invitations — subscription access and ownership
From the client list, select the client you want to buy a subscription for.
Select the Products tab.
Select Manage subscriptions.
Select each subscription to add.
We'll show you a preview of your revised monthly subscription charges.
Select Apply changes.
Your monthly bill will update accordingly.
Cancel a client subscription
Follow this procedure if you're paying for the client's subscription. If instead, you no longer need access to a subscription that your client is already paying for, see Manage invitations.
From the client list, select the client you want to cancel a subscription for.
- Select the Products tab.
- Select Manage subscriptions.
- Select Cancel subscription to cancel your subscription.
Select Apply selections to confirm you want to cancel.
Download the required data before cancelling your subscription, in compliance with your country's regulations.
