You'll need to manage subscriptions for your clients when they need to add or remove products/services.

Resolution

Before you start 

Make sure that you have your latest billing and invoicing details uploaded to Sage. This will speed up the whole subscription process, and make it much simpler to update in future.

Why are my subscriptions under different headings?

If you're paying for a subscription for your client, you'll find the subscription on the Products tab, under the Product subscriptions heading.

If your client is paying for a subscription, and you have access, you'll find the subscription on the Products tab. The subscription tile will have a Paid by client label.

 TIP: The Connected section also includes other Apps like AutoEntry and some third-party Apps. 

Add a subscription to a client

Follow this procedure if you'll be paying for the client's subscription. If instead, you need access to a subscription that your client is already paying for, see Manage invitations — subscription access and ownership

  1. From the Clients and prospects list, select the client you want to buy a subscription for.

  2. Select the Products tab.

  3. Select Manage subscriptions.

  4. Select each subscription to add. 

    We'll show you a preview of your revised monthly subscription charges.

  5. Select Apply changes.

    Your monthly bill will update accordingly.
