How to manage invitations within Client Management.
Description
You can get invited to access your client-paid subscriptions.
Resolution

In Client Management, select Invitations.

From Accountant access, select Find out how to request invitations.
The help panel provides instructions for accessing the client's Accounting, Payroll, or Sage 50 products.
How your client can invite you
If you sent the special collaboration link

Your client needs to select the link. This will take them to the Invite accountant page.

Your client needs to select Next. Add permissions.

From the Product dropdown list, your client will specify which product you can have access to.

From the Role dropdown list, your client can choose Full Access.

Your client now needs to select Next, confirm the invite then Yes, send the invitation.
We will send the invitation to you. Your client can continue working as normal.
If you sent your Accountant ID> -
From the main navigation bar, your client should choose Manage business account then Invite Accountant.

Your client should select the Invite them using Accountant ID or check the status of your invitation link.

Your client should select Invite an accountant.

In the Accountant ID box, they should enter the Accountant ID you gave, then select Check.

If the Accountant ID is valid, your practise name will be displayed. If your practice name isn't displayed, verify with your client the correctness of the code provided and entered.

Your client should select Next, add permissions.

From the Product dropdown list, your client should specify which product you should have access to.
- From the Role dropdown list, your client should choose Full Access.

Your client should select Next, confirm invite then Yes, send invitation.
Receiving your client's invitation> -
In Client Management, select Invitations.

In the Pending list, find the invitation from your client, then select Accept.
- You need to associate the invitation with a client in Client Management.
You'll now have access to your client's subscription.
