Summary
How to send invitations within Client Management.
Resolution
- Go to Operations, then select Invitations.
- Select Accountant access, then Find out how to request invitations.
You can copy the clients unique link or your unique Accountant ID here.
Or you can send an invitation through Clients and prospects:
- Go to Clients and prospects, then select the client.
- Select Products then Subscriptions actions.
- Select Invite client.
If you sent the clients unique link
- Your client needs to select the link from the invite email. This will take them to the Invite accountant page.
- Your client needs to select Next then Add permissions.
- From the Product list, your client will specify which product you can have access to.
- From the Role list, your client can choose Full Access.
- Your client now needs to select Next, confirm the invite, then Yes, send the invitation.
We’ll send the invitation to you. Your client can continue working as normal.
If you sent your unique Accountant ID
- Click your business name, then select Manage business.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Choose Transfer Subscriptions.
- From the sidebar that opens select Transfer Subscriptions.
- Select Continue.
- Enter Accountant ID and Continue.
- The Practice name will show, if correct select Continue.
- Review the terms and conditions and select the checkbox next to I understand the consequences.
- Select Send the transfer request.
Follow the next steps once you receive your client's invitation.
