How to add comments in Client Management.

Description

You can add comments to client records, and notify your colleagues in Client Management.

Resolution

  1. Select your client, prospect or contact. 

    The client list displays individuals and organisations (optionally) grouped into client folders

     

  2. Click Add comment.

  3. Enter your comment.

     


     TIP: To notify other users in your practice, type an @ before their name in the comment. 

     

  4. Click Save.
