When trying to send data into Sage 50 Accounts 64-bit from another application, an error message shows and the process doesn’t complete.
CAUTION: The exact wording of the error message can vary, but will mention an issue connecting to the Sage Data Service.

NOTE: This issue is only affecting users of ESET Smart Security who also have a 64-bit version of Sage 50 Accounts installed.
You can configure ESET to allow the application to work as normal. To do this, you'll need to modify your settings:
TIP: Your IT department or Admin user typically configures ESET.
IMPORTANT: After you've changed this in ESET, a series of popups from ESET will appear. Select the option to ignore these messages.
After finishing your task, change your SSL/TLS mode back to Automatic. Find out more about the SSL/TLS Settings from ESET.
If the issue persists after completing these steps, continue to the section below.
TIP: You only need to install the SDO on the computer which holds your company data.
