Known issue: Preset view filters return no quotes

When using preset filters to show Open sales quotations, no results appear. If you choose Expired quotations, both Open and Expired quotes are displayed instead of only the Expired ones.

 NOTE: This issue is resolved in v30.1 and above of Sage 50 Accounts. If you aren't using the latest version, upgrade now.

You can work around the problem by using the Expired Invoice quotations filter preset, and then double-click the Status column to sort quotations by status:

This will now show both expired and open quotations sorted by their status.
