Description
Before you disconnect your Sage Connect account, be aware of the following:
- Disconnecting could lead to data loss
- Resend any important links or attachments like receipts, invoices or follow ups, outside of the app
- Make sure everything syncs properly before you disconnect to avoid issues
When you disconnect your accounting system (like Sage 50 or Sage 100) from Sage Connect, you'll lose several types of data:
- All links you've shared with customers
- Customer portal usage data
- Contact names, emails, and phone numbers added to Sage Connect
- Message history (emails and in-app messaging)
NOTE: You’ll need to redo the onboarding process to reconnect.
Resending Links and Reconnecting to Sage Network
When you reconnect your accounting system (like Sage 50 or Sage 100) to Sage Connect:
- Resend any links you previously shared with customers
- Re-enter any data that didn’t come from your accounting system
