Sage 200 Standard / Sage for Education are updated via Automatic Updates periodically, which are communicated ahead of time, both via email and the in-product launchpad messaging system.

Installation Process

 

  1. Launch the Sage 200 Application from either your desktop shortcut or from the Windows start menu.
  2. The installation of the update will then begin, which the screenshot below demonstrates the progress.
  3. Once complete you will then be prompted to Log In with your Sage ID as normal and the update is then complete.

 NOTE: The Sage 200 application is installed using ClickOnce, and installed to your AppData\Local\Apps folder. To find the installation folder, choose  Tools > About Sage 200, click System Information, then check the Client Program Directory on the General tab.

 TIP: For the best experience we recommend that users are local administrators to ensure no issues during the installation
