Export your invoices

If you want to send invoices to your customers from Sage Sole Trader, you’ll need to export the invoice as a PDF first.

Once you've exported the PDF, you can download this to your device and attach it to an email or you can print the PDF. 

1. From the Invoicing area, find the invoice you want to export. 
2. Select Actions, then Export as PDF.
3. The invoice will open in a new tab within your web browser.
4. To download the PDF, select the download icon, this can look different depending on which browser you use. 
5. To print the PDF, select the print icon, this can look different depending on which browser you use.
