How to disconnect your bank feed in Sage 50 Accounts v29.2 and above.

Description

There can be times when you want to disconnect your bank feed. 

CAUTION:

If you disconnect a bank feed in Sage 50 Accounts v29.2 or v30, the program will remove any existing bank feeds rules. you’ll need to recreate these. Upgrading to v30.1 or above before disconnecting will retain your rules.

NOTE:

Follow our alternative article to disconnect bank feeds in v29.0 or below.

 

To disconnect your feed:

  1. Go to Bank Feeds.
  2. Select the settings icon next to the bank account you want to disconnect:

  3. On the settings window, choose Disconnect Bank feeds.

  4. Select Yes on the confirmation message.

After disconnecting, your bank account will show in the list under bank feeds as being ready to connect again.

  1. Disconnect each required bank by repeating steps 2 to 4.

Go to Connect bank if you want to reconnect your bank feed, and follow the prompts.
