What to do if you see this error when running a report selection in Sage 50 Payroll.

Description

Your software has a handy feature to run multiple reports with report selections. However, when you use this in v29.02, you may see the error:

'The batch report was aborted due to an error.

(Report name) No data was returned for this Report)'

Resolution

This is currently under investigation. We'll update this page when further information is available.

Workaround

To avoid this error, create a new Report Selection which doesn't include the report that's returning no data.
