When making changes to the master (changes to the database codes) and updating the client to the master, some database settings will not be reflected in the client from the master. This article outlines the tick box to specify so the changes can be applied to the client.
The change needs to be applied to the master and the tick box Allow details to be Overwritten on update needs to be ticked for the database code. Once the option is ticked update the client to the new master again.
- Open the Master
- Click on the database icon and then settings
- Locate the relevant database code (the DB code you have made changes to) and click Edit
- On the Setup tab place a tick on Allow detail to be Overwritten on Update (this option is only available on the master) and click Ok.
- Update the client to the new master.
