If incorrect credentials are used for a SOAP Web services call it will hang and eventually timeout instead of giving 401 Authentication failed error

I am using X3 2023 R1 (Syracuse 12.18.x)

When making a SOAP Web Request, if I use an incorrect username/password then my request will hang until it hits the request timeout.   In previous versions, I would immediately get an "Authentication failed" (status 401) message, which is what I would expect.

This issue will be resolved in the next version of Syracuse (12.19.x), which will be provided as part of the next release (2023 R2)
