If you have an employee without an entertainment benefit, their form P11D may incorrectly show X or Y in section N.

This only occurs on the P11D report you print or email. Your software submits the correct information to HMRC when you submit form P11D electronically.
To correct this, follow the steps below.
NOTE: If you're prompted to select where to save your download, select a location that's easy to find, for example the Window Desktop.
TIP: Your Employee Reports directory opens. The P11D report you need to replace is within this folder.You can now run the updated report and the issue is resolved.
