Resolution

  1. Check if your bank supports bank feeds.
  2. Check the status of the bank feed. Any known issues with bank feeds show on the bank feeds status page: sage.com.
  3. Sign in to your bank account through your web browser. 
    If you can't log in, the issue is likely with your online bank account details. Contact your bank for further support.
  4. Allow pop-ups in your web browser.
  5. Disable any ad blockers or extensions, then reconnect the bank feed in Sage Sole Trader.
  6. If you still can't connect your bank, try using a different web browser or device to connect.
