Description

We're aware of an issue in Sage 50 Accounts where hiding certain columns in Chase Debt/Manage Payments causes Aged columns to appear as 0

Resolution

This issue is resolved in Sage 50 Accounts v29.2 and above, download the latest version now >

When you hide certain columns on the Customer window, when using Chase debt, any balances in the Aged columns will change to 0.00.

These columns can be any of the following: 

  • Disputed
  • Payment method
  • Promised payment
  • Unallocated £ (this should already be hidden), together with Letters by email
  • Follow up

Before hiding any of the columns:

 As a workaround you'll need to add in any of the hidden columns shown above.
