How to amend the email that shows at the bottom of notifications for Sage HR Online Services.
Description
When you first add an employee to Sage HR Online Services, they are sent a welcome email. This is what they need to set up their access so they can log in and access their payslips.
At the bottom is an email address for someone in your company so they know who to contact if they have an issue. You can change this email address via settings within Sage 50 Payroll.
We show you how to do this in the steps below.
NOTE: This guide is to amend the email address that appears on a welcome email. If you're looking to amend an employee's email address, use our guide, Change an employee's email address.
Resolution
- Log in to your company in Sage 50 Payroll.
- Click Company.
- Click Settings.
- On the Details tab, amend the email address next to E-mail.
- Click OK.
NOTE: There may be a slight delay (up to 24 hours) before you notice any changes on emails your employees receive.
