The certification files are not properly written to during the installation process

1. The Windows profile you're logged on as to do the install must be the service login used on the Syracuse service. If sagert is used as the login on the Syracuse service, you must log in as sagert into Windows. This Windows profile will then have to finish the installation, re-generate the Syracuse certification files, and reinstall Syracuse over the top of the existing install.

Note: the user generating the cerfitication files has to be the same user who is installing (or installed) syracuse componenet.

Note: The Syracuse Server login must match the same login as the user login for which the certificate was generated. (if the certificate was generated under sagert, then the server login must use sagert in the server settings. )
