Change of company status

There may come a time when your company changes status.

For example, from a sole trader or a partnership to a limited company.

If this happens, contact our team who can support you with this.

Email us the details necessary for your business type.

Even if your business name is staying the same you will still need to complete this name change form.

For example:

Changing from a Sole Trader to a Limited Company. Your name will change from "Business Name ST" to "Business Name LTD"

1. Select your business type to open the relevant form:
   • Ltd Company
      TIP: If you have a limited company, you must first update your business name at Companies House (UK) or Companies Registration Office (ROI)
   • Partnership
   • Sole Trader
2. Complete the form using your registered email address. Once completed, we'll email it to you.
3. Attach the required documents to the email.
4. Forward it to [email protected].
