Make products or services inactive

When you no longer use a product, service or stock item, consider making it Inactive.

This hides these items from the products and services list. It also prevents you from adding them to sales and purchase documents.

You can make them Active at any time to start using them again.

1. From Products & Services, select the relevant item from the list.
2. Select Edit.
3. From the Item information, select the Inactive check box.
4. Save.
