Print or save a sales credit note

If required, you can send a copy of a sales credit note to a customer, or produce a hard copy of it for your records. To do this, you can print it or save it to a PDF file.

Print a sales credit note

1. Go to Sales.
2. Select Sales credit notes.
3. Select the relevant sales credit note.
4. Select Print preview in the panel to the right. This shows as a preview in a PDF file in a new tab.
5. To print the credit note, select the printer icon in the top right.
6. Choose to Mark as sent or Leave as unsent.

Save a sales credit note as a PDF

1. Go to Sales.
2. Select Sales credit notes.
3. Select the relevant sales credit note.
4. Select Download on the panel on the right.
5. Choose to Mark as sent or Leave as unsent.
6. To view the PDF, select Notifications, then select the download file.
