Resolution

Below are some of the key benefits of connecting Stripe to Accounting to take card payments on sales invoices.

Safe and secure

Stripe is an online payment service that is trusted by thousands of businesses across the world.

Quick set up

You don’t have to call your bank and fill out seemingly endless forms. Also, your customers don’t need to have a Stripe account.

Chasing late payments

You can take payments over the phone or your customers can use the Pay Now button on your emailed invoices, meaning it’s even easier to get paid. You can also include due dates on your invoices so your customers know exactly when you need to get paid.

NOTE: This service works only for sales invoice payments in the base currency of the business.

Get paid faster

By offering card payments as an option to your customers, you can get paid twice as fast! You can even take payments by card right when the invoice is being created.

Pay by QR code

When you enable Stripe, your invoices include a QR code so customers can pay quickly and easily.

This ensures they can always pay their way, no matter how you send the invoice.

To remove the QR code, toggle off Allow your customer to make an online card payment on the invoice.

Reduce administration significantly

All the messy stuff is handled for you, as your invoices automatically update as ‘Paid’ and the Stripe transaction fees are accounted for.
