Change your business name

To make sure you send us the required information:

1. Complete the form from the relevant link for your business type.
   • Ltd Company
     Make sure your business name has been updated at Companies House. We can only change the name of limited companies to the same as your registered name
   • Partnership
   • Sole Trader
2. The details from the completed form are included in an email and sent to your email address (as specified on the form).
3. Attach the required documents to this email and send it to us at [email protected]

Change your business name (in-product)

You may want a different name to appear in the product, if you use a Trading as name, for example.

Example: if your registered business name is Joe Bloggs Ltd but your trading name is Bloggs Accountancy.

Email us at [email protected] and make sure you include the following information:

• Your current business name
• Your new business name
• Your Sage for Accountants login email address

As an accountant change the name for a client

Email us at: [email protected] and include the following information:

• Your client’s current business name and their email address
• Your client’s new business name
• Your business name

Your Client Management login email address.
