Description
You may experience an issue where your SageDrive folder found in C:\ProgramData\Sage\Accounts fills with temporary files.
This may occur after experiencing syncing issues with Remote Data Access.
Resolution
To resolve this all you need to do is clear the contents in this folder.
- Go to C:\ProgramData\Sage\Accounts.
- Open the SageDrive folder.

- Delete all files within this folder.
NOTE: You may need to reset remote data access after doing this.
