The Upgrade status has not been updated in GESAUPD

  • All, Development, Utilities, Patches, Update (GESAUPD)
  • Note the Upgrade status field is blank
  • Click Status Update in the top right corner
  • Upgrade status field is now displaying "Error"
  • Attempt to install the 2019 R5 Patch
