If your company details change, such as company name or phone number, you must update this in your payroll software.
Once you've amended this, log in to Sage HR and update these details separately.
NOTE: You can change the company name, but the Sage HR domain remains the same. This is what appears before sage.hr in your company's Sage HR URL.
When you update company details in Sage 50 Payroll, they don't automatically sync to Sage HR.
