How to update your company details in Sage HR Online Services and Sage 50 Payroll.

Description

If your company details change, such as company name or phone number, you must update this in your payroll software.

Once you've amended this, log in to Sage HR and update these details separately.

 NOTE: You can change the company name, but the Sage HR domain remains the same. This is what appears before sage.hr in your company's Sage HR URL.

Resolution

When you update company details in Sage 50 Payroll, they don't automatically sync to Sage HR.

  1. In Sage 50 Payroll, go to Company then Settings.
  2. Enter the new company details and select OK to save your changes.
  3. Go to sage.hr/signin and log in with an admin username.
  4. Click on your name in the top right of Sage HR, then select Settings.
  5. Update the Your company name field in the General tab.
  6. Scroll down and select Save to update your company name in Sage HR.

Employee details
