We removed the Web Sales Order Entry app for Sage 200, but you can now use the Web Portal instead to enter your sales orders.
We've removed the older Web Sales Order Entry that is accessed from https://onlineservices.sage200.co.uk/Account
But we're pleased to say that you can still enter your sales orders using our Web Portal instead, if you use Sage 200 Standard or Sage 200 Professional from 2022 R1.
The Web Portal lets you use Sage 200 from a web browser. It's great for when you're on the move, or away from your desktop PC. The Web Portal is designed for use on computers and tablets, and you can use it straight away without installing an app.
You can also do much more using the Web Portal, such as:
- Enter sales orders and quotations.
- Create customer accounts and enter transactions.
- Create supplier accounts and enter transactions.
- Create nominal accounts and view transactions.
- Create stock items, transfer stock, and perform a stocktake.
- Enter cash book transactions and inter account transfers.
Sage 200 Professional (from 2022 R1)
- To start using the Web Portal, you can open it from the desktop app using
Tools > Show Web Portal in Browser. - To set up the Web Portal, see Set up access to the Web Portal.
