Known issue: Global changes unable to clear or set Week 1/Month 1

When using Global Changes to set or clear the Week 1 / Month 1 flag, the changes are not applied.

This occurs if your Sage 50 Payroll username contains a space or special character, e.g. "john smith" or "john-smith".

We are investigating this issue. As a workaround you can either:

• Edit the existing username to remove any spaces and special characters
  or
• Create a new username with no spaces or special characters then use the new username to perform the global change
