  • What is the purpose of the pre-release?
    We are providing pre-release test builds ahead of the release to our customers to ensure sufficient time for testing the compatability of both your integrations and applications with the latest version of Sage 50 Accounts.

  • Who do I contact with issues or questions around the Sage 50 Accounts pre-release?
    For general support issues and questions related to developing with the 50 Accounts product, you can get in touch with the developer services team via the usual email address: [email protected].
    All pre-release version specific issues will be logged and reviewed, but support for these will be limited.

  • How will I know what's new?
    The details of any new features included in the pre-release will be communicated to you via email once available. Full examples and further details will be produced in the help files on full release.
