Summary
This version of Sage 200 Professional uses Internet Explorer 11 for both the Bank Feeds and Invoice Payments services. Customers that use these services must take action and either install
a patch or upgrade to the latest version of Sage 200. Otherwise, it will not be possible for the customer to use either of these services.

- Customers that use Bank Feeds or Invoice Payments must either install the client patches or upgrade to the latest version of Sage 200.
Resolution
NOTE: The zip file you will download may contain files to fix multiple known issues, you only need to follow the steps in this guide unless you have been advised otherwise.
Install client patches:
- Unzip the patch file: ITS Issue 8330-8337-8353 BC-IP 2019 Summer.zip
- On your Sage 200 server, locate the bin folder in C:\inetpub\Sage 200 App Services\Sage200SecuredServices\Bin and replace Sage200SagePaymentCloudServiceLibrary.dll with the equivenlent file from the patch located in the inetpub\Sage 200 App Services\Sage200SecuredServices\Bin.
- On your Sage 200 server, locate the installers folder \\\Sage\Installers\\
- Replace the folders in the Installers folder on your Sage 200 server with the equivalent folders from the client patch.
- Sage 200 Client: Replace this folder if the customer does not use Manufacturing with Sage 200.
- Sage 200 MFG Client: Replace this folder if the customer uses Manufacturing with Sage 200.
NOTE: After the installers have been replaced on the Sage 200 server, the applications will automatically be updated when they're next opened by the Sage 200 user.
If the application does not update automatically, you may need to reinstall the application from the Installers folder
