Sage 200 Extra Online Product Maintenance

Notice 22-EO | 24 March 2022

On 01 April from 20:00 to 03 April at 20:00, we’ll be performing essential product maintenance.

Sage will deploy the changes, it's important that you are aware that there will be no access to sites or to the portal during this period.

Users will be asked to download a small update the next time they launch the program.

Note: This does not impact Sage 200 Standard, Sage for Education or Sage 200 Professional via Sage Partner Cloud.

How we're supporting customers

We’ll be communicating the maintenance in the following ways:

• Updating status.sage.com
• Emailing administration users of Sage 200 Extra Online sites to let them know on 25 March and reminding them on 01 April
