You can access support directly from any window in your software, simply click any of these:

  • The Help button within Sage 50 Payroll.
  • The question mark help icon within Sage 50 Payroll.
  • F1 on your keyboard

A help panel opens and the articles relating to the window you're working in appear. Click the article you want to use, then follow the steps at the same time as processing your task.

For guided help, you can simply click Menu then select Chat with Sage Assistant.
