Dear Customer,

Your Sage Partner will have made you aware that we’ve made the decision to withdraw Sage 200 Extra Online from service.

The service will be withdrawn effective from close of play on 30 September 2022, with user access being revoked from 04:00 BST on 01 October 2022. After this date, there is no access to the system and the data held within.

Your Sage Partner will already be discussing your options with you, including those for migration, to ensure you avoid any unnecessary business disruption.

We understand that this news may represent a change for your business and that you may have questions. As such, we’ve prepared an FAQ document for you.
