Sage 200 and Developer Support availability over the holiday period

The Sage 200 and Developer Services teams would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a successful New Year!
On Wednesday 15 December between 9.00am and 10.00am our support lines will be closed for training purposes.
As usual, we'll be here to assist you throughout the Christmas and New Year period should you require assistance. Our opening hours over this period are shown below:

During the holiday period, there will be fewer colleagues to take your queries so we'd ask that you log less urgent queries online via Case Management. This will ensure that we have someone available for urgent queries, such as customer site down.
It's also important that your customers have access to your support services. Notification of any changes to your contact hours or numbers should be provided, to minimise any disruption to their business.
