Storing your logon credentials

You can store your logon credentials so you don't have to enter them each time.

To store your logon details, from the Log on to Sage 50 Accounts window:

 NOTE: When using v32.0 or above, if you use connected services and login with an email address, you don't have the option to use stored credentials.   

1. Enter your Logon Name and Password.
2. Tick the Remember my logon details checkbox.
3. Select Log on.

After enabling this feature for a company, the software saves the username and password. The Log on window above no longer appears when you open the company.

NOTE: The software stores the logon details for each company individually. They're stored on the currently logged in Windows user account, so aren't available to all users. 

Remove stored logon details

You can also delete your stored logon credentials.
