To store your logon details, from the Logon to Sage 50 Accounts window:

NOTE:

In 32.0 and above, you can't save your logon details when you sign in with an email address.

  1. Enter your Logon Name and Password.
  2. Tick the Remember my logon details checkbox.
  3. Select Log on.

Log on to the Sage 50 Accounts window with Logon name and Password fields.

When you choose to remember your logon details, the software saves the username and password. The Logon window above no longer appears when you open the company.

NOTE:

The software stores the logon details individually for each company. They're stored on the currently logged in Windows user account, so aren't to all users. 

Remove stored logon details

You can also delete your stored logon credentials.
