Control admin access to payslips & P60s in Sage HR Online Services

Summary

How to prevent additional admins from being able to view other employees' payslips and P60s in Sage HR Online Services.

Description

By default, when you create a new admin, they have access to employee payslips and P60s. If you do not want an admin to have this access, it is easy to disable.

 NOTE: This can only be done by an admin who has access permission to Manage access to Payslips & P60s.

Resolution

  1. Click on your name or email address in the top-right hand corner, then click Settings.
  2. On the settings menu, click Permissions, then click Admin.
  3. On this page is listed all the current employees with admin rights.
  4. Next to the relevant user, under View Employee's Payslips & P60s, deselect the checkbox.

  5. Click Save.

     

 NOTE: You can't control which employee payslips an admin has access to. They can either see all employee payslips, or no employee payslips.
