AVD Licence Per User Access Plan Pricing

Summary

This article applies to Sage 200 Professional deployed via the Sage Provisioning Portal. The Microsoft Azure portal now contains a new activation section for the per user AVD pricing. It is essential that it is activated for subscriptions containing live customers running Sage 200 Professional via the Sage Partner Cloud program. It is also advisable to ensure that your customers are on a separate subscription to your in-house production use. This is because once the AVD per user pricing is selected, it would apply immediately – doing this against your in-house licencing may cause additional charges as the setting does not differentiate between internal and external users.

  1. Log into the Azure Portal.
  2. Once logged in click the burger menu button, highlighted below.

  3. Click All Services.

  4. Click Other.

  5. Click Azure Virtual Desktop from the centre panel (it is located in the 3rd stack on the left - this may be dependant on subscription benefits).

  6. Click Per-user access pricing.

  7. Click the box next to your subscription name.
  8. Click Enroll.
