Created on  | Last modified on

Summary

How to allow terminated ex-employees access to their payslips when terminated in a Sage HR company integrated with Sage 50 Payroll or Sage Payroll.

Description

You can apply a setting in Sage HR integrated with Sage 50 Payroll or Sage Payroll to allow an employee to have access to their payslips. Even after you've terminated them.

From their termination date you can grant them access to their payslips up to either:

  • 7 days
  • 30 days
  • 1 year

When they've left the company, they can log into their profile on a computer to view their payslips for the specified amount of time.

Resolution

  1. Log into Sage HR Online Services as an admin, then select your name on the top right.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Click Permissions, then Employees.
  4. Under Payslips access, select Allow employees to access payslips after termination to allow a leaver to have access to payslips for either:
    • 7 days
    • 30 days
    • 1 year

NOTE:  This is from their termination date in Sage HR Online Services. Employees can access payslips if they've been terminated, but they can't access them if they've been deleted.

      5. When complete, click Save to keep these changes.
