Sage Partner Cloud - Launch delay

Notice 21-CO | 21 July 2021

Hi everyone,

Following a recent change by Microsoft, an issue has been identified, causing a delay in today’s planned launch of the Sage Partner Cloud program.

Microsoft has identified the issue and is working on a solution, however, at this time we do not have a resolution date. In the meantime, we are working on options to allow us to get this to market as soon as possible.

We understand you will be disappointed in the delay of the launch of the Sage Partner Cloud program, however, it’s important to Sage that we deliver the best experience possible from the outset for both you and our mutual customers alike.

We are delighted to confirm the launch of our Sage 200 Professional 2021 R1 on-premise release will go ahead today as planned, same for our Sage 200 Standard 2021 R2 release next week. You will receive separate communications on both in due course.

Although the launch of the Sage Partner Cloud program has been delayed, all the materials you need are now available on Partner Hub and Sage City, get started with the following;

* Access granted upon completion of the Sage Partner Cloud program certification.

Next steps

We know how eager you are to get started with this program and our new deployment option for Sage 200 Professional so we’re staying in close contact with Microsoft to ensure we can update you as a matter of urgency when a solution is found.

Please speak to your Partner Account Manager or contact [email protected] in the first instance.

Kind regards,

Jo KirkupProduct Manager, Sage 200
