Terms and Conditions Updates

Dear Partner / Developer

From 21 July 2021 we will be:

Updating our:

• Sage 200 Product Terms (End User License Agreement); and
• Sage 200 2021 R1 for Professional

Introducing the following new documents:

• Sage Partner Cloud Program Participation Agreement;
• Privacy policy terms for Sage 200 Professional customers who are deployed through the Sage Provisioning Portal / Sage Partner Cloud Program; and
• Promotional terms for Sage 200 Professional customers using version 2021 R1 or above.

What is being updated?

Please note that, although we have highlighted the key changes below, this is not intended to be an exhaustive list.

Sage 200 Product Terms:

We are updating the following:

• Removing references to Sage 200cloud to reflect the new product naming, being Sage 200.
• Removing references to Microsoft 365 purchased directly or indirectly through Sage.
• Introducing a new Exhibit C which refers to deployments of Sage 200 Professional via the Sage Provisioning Portal.

Sage 200 Partner Product Terms:

We are updating the following:

• Removing references to Sage 200cloud to reflect the new product naming, being Sage 200.
• Extension to the provisions relating to the Sage Provisioning Portal, linking to the new Sage Partner Cloud Program Participation Agreement.

Sage Partner Cloud Program Participation Agreement

Introducing a new agreement for partners wishing to sell Sage 200 Professional via the Sage Provisioning Portal, referred to as the Sage Partner Cloud Program.

Participation in the Program is subject to this agreement and a variety of processes and policies:

• Portal Standards & Guidance are available on our Knowledgebase article.
• Training requirements - as outlined on the Partner Hub.

Sage 200 Professional - Provisioning Portal: Privacy Policy

Applies to customers who have purchased Sage 200 Professional via their Partner, through the Sage Partner Cloud program. The policy is accessible via the Sage Provisioning Portal - please direct customers to the portal to check details.

Sage 200 Professional - Promotional Terms

New promotional terms for customers using Sage 200 Professional 2020 R1 to support with them maximising their use of the newly launched Web forms. Please refer to the links below for further information.

Where can I access the terms?

Sage 200 Partner Product terms:

• Are available on the Sage Partner Hub.
• They need to be accepted by completing our acceptance form no later than 30 September 2021.

Sage Provisioning Portal for Sage 200 Professional customer privacy terms are available:

• Via the Sage Provisioning Portal.

Sage Partner Cloud Program Participation Agreement:

• Is available on the Sage Partner Hub.
• This agreement needs to be accepted by completing our acceptance form.

• An FAQ is available to answer any questions you might have.

How will this be communicated to customers?

• 21 July 2021 - Sage 200 Professional customers with in-product Launchpad capability will receive a notification.
• 21 July 2021 - Sage 200 Extra Online customers will receive an email from the Sage Provisioning Portal to advise that their Sage 200 Product Terms have been updated.
• 21 July 2021 - Sage 200 Standard / Education customers will receive an email from the Sage Provisioning Portal to advise that their Sage 200 Product Terms have been updated.

Reminder: Not all products include Launchpad notifications.

How will this impact you?

Please ensure your teams are aware of the changes, and the new agreements.

In the case of the Sage 200 Partner Product Terms, please complete the acceptance form by the given deadline.

For all customers on Sage 200 Professional versions without Launchpad capability, please share this information with them.
