Attachments are stored on the C:\ drive in a numbered folder, the number represents the Company ID for Sage System Administration. It is possible to specify an alternative path for your attachments via the Company Properties in the Companies menu in SSA.
This can occur if you have left the Web Portal or Web Workspaces open on a session desktop. To avoid this problem ensure that you close the browser window in you session desktop.
This problem may be related to particular brands/models of multifunction printers and/or a bug or limitation with Windows on the Remote Desktop, it is not an issue with Sage 200. We recommend that you approach your device's manufacturer to see if they have a solution or workaround to this problem.
Contrary to the confirmation message you receive when unsubscribing from the Remote Desktop, which advises that any open apps or desktops will be disconnected, you will need to manually close any Sage 200 streaming sessions too.

As a workaround when producing PDFs, it may be quicker to print to the PDF printer in Remote Desktop (not the redirected local PDF printer), then download the PDF to your local machine.
You may see errors that Sage 200 could not write to the Windows event log, for example if you have problems when emailing reports. To resolve this, make sure that you are signed in using a Windows account with administrator permissions. Sage 200 will then be able to write to the Windows event log.

The Azure Virtual Desktop automatically creates connections to the network drives on the machine it is installed on, these are labelled [Drive letter] on [Machine Name] (e.g. 'C on PC12345'), they can be accessed via File Explorer on the Session Desktop.
