My email address is already in use when trying to create a profile?

When attempting to create a Sage University profile, it may display a message explaining the email address is already in use, this means a profile already exists.

You should now proceed to the login page and login with your credentials. Visit www.sageu.com.

Why won't my eLearning course display?

There may be times when your course won't display, this is due to your browser blocking pop-ups for this site. To resolve this, change your Pop-Up Blocker settings to allow pop-ups for the site https://sageu.csod.com.

My eLearning course has expired, can I request an extension?

If your Sage eLearning course has expired, you can request an extension to be added, simply send your request to our Sage University Admin team via email at [email protected].

I've failed my Sage Certification exam, can I attempt it again?

Don't worry if you've failed your Certification exam, you can register to attempt the exam again, however you only get one more attempt to pass. Find out how to resit an exam here >

NOTE: We always recommend you complete the Diagnostics test before attempting any of our live exams, as this is a good indicator to establish your knowledge prior to taking the live exam.
