My eLearning course has expired, can I request an extension?
If your Sage eLearning course has expired, you can request an extension to be added, simply send your request to our Sage University Admin team via email at [email protected].
I've failed my Sage Certification exam, can I attempt it again?
Don't worry if you've failed your Certification exam, you can register to attempt the exam again, however you only get one more attempt to pass. Find out how to resit an exam here >
NOTE: We always recommend you complete the Diagnostics test before attempting any of our live exams, as this is a good indicator to establish your knowledge prior to taking the live exam.
