Summary
The Sage Provisioning Portal does not have the ability to send an email alert when a database backup is complete. However it may be possible to configure alerts via Azure.

NOTE: This documented information from Microsoft requires configuration in the Azure portal, if you require assistance with this, please contact your Cloud Service Partner.
As a partner or customer, you may want the system to prompt you when a process has completed, such as a database backup this is not possible in the Sage Provisioning Portal.
However, the Azure portal has a way of creating activity log alerts throug the Azure Monitor.
