Let us know if your company name has changed.

Update your company name

To update your company name, complete the Company Name Change Request form.

When you complete the form, you'll receive an email with a copy of your responses. Forward this email and your supporting documentation to [email protected].

We aim to respond to this request within three business days. 

NOTE: If you only need to update your company address or contact details, you can do this using your My Sage account. Change your company address using your My Sage account.

Why you need to contact us

We check over the information we receive before updating your account to ensure our internal records are accurate. 

We verify the company name change by checking publicly available records on Companies House. 

Once we update our systems, we'll email you. This also updates your company name on your Sage invoices for the services you receive from us.
