If you're unsure whether your Sage 50cloud Accounts is already integrated with Microsoft 365, below are quick and easy steps on how to check.

Resolution

  1. Log into your company in Sage 50cloud Accounts.
  2. Click Help then click About.
  3. In the left column and scroll down to the Features Enabled section

  4. Next to Sage 50c Microsoft 365, check to see what it says:
    • Yes - you are already integrated with Microsoft 365.
    • No - you are not integrated with Microsoft 365.
