Summary

Find out if Sage 50 Accounts connects to Microsoft 365.

Resolution

Check the feature status in Sage 50 Accounts to confirm whether your company connects to Microsoft 365.

  1. Log in to your company in Sage 50 Accounts.
  2. Go to Help, then select About.
  3. In the left-hand pane, scroll to Features Enabled.
  4. Locate Sage 50c Microsoft 365.
  5. Check the value displayed:
    • Yes: Your company connects to Microsoft 365
    • No: Your company doesn't connect to Microsoft 365

NOTE:

Microsoft 365 integration isn't available in Sage 50 Accounts v31 and above.

If you use Sage 50 Accounts v30.1 or below, you can connect your data to Microsoft 365 services.
