How do I get a copy of my SnowdropKCS database?

Summary

In March 2020 Sage notified all Sage SnowdropKCS HR and Payroll customers that from 6th April 2022, that these products will no longer be supported and you will not have access to the Hosted system. Until then support and software legislation updates will be provided. There might be an instance where you might want a copy of your database or to extract data out.

We are unable to export the complete database as a single file or provide you with a copy of the database. Any concerns or queries, with this should be directed to your Account Manager.
