Change password for Sage HR Online Services

How to reset your password to log into Sage HR Online Services.

If you've forgotten your password to your online payslips, you can reset it. This can get you back into Sage HR Online Services.

If you haven't forgotten your password, but you just want to change it, follow the same forgotten password steps below.

 NOTE: You can only reset your password if you use the correct email address and you set up your access from a welcome email. If you've not done this, contact your employer to resend you a new welcome invite.  

1. Go to your company's unique Sage HR login page. You can get the link in your welcome email or payslip notification email.
   • On the login page, the URL at the top will say https://[yourcompanydomain].sage.hr/signin
     For example: https://smithcoffeeshop.sage.hr/signin
2. On the Sage account login page, select Forgot your password? 
3. Enter your email address and click RESET PASSWORD. You'LL receive an email with a password reset password link. This link expires after 24 hours.
4. Click the link and enter a new password.
5. Confirm the password and click Continue.

Haven't received a password reset email?

If you don't receive an email with your password reset link, make the checks outlined in I haven't received a password reset email.
