Changes are going to be made to the BMS Online Services site on 21 November 2020 between 5pm and 8pm which will modernise the look of the site and to help with navigation. The details of the changes can be found below.

Resolution

New Name for the portal

The new name for the portal is Sage Provisioning Portal.

Partner details - New user interface

The user interface for the Partner details page has been modernised to offer a better user experience. 

Partner and customer landing page

When a partner or customer user logs into the Portal for the first time, you are redirected to your details page rather than to the empty list of sites. The image below shows what you can expect to see.
